Task & responsibilities
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Managing kitchen operations during assigned shifts
- Assisting with menu planning and stock control
- Supervising kitchen staff when required
- Performing other reasonable duties as directed by management.
